MDSS provides RTOs for C&S and Tunnel projects on full-time and part-time basis.
Similar to the Resident Engineer, a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) is also a professional who is physically present on-site during construction. The RTO is responsible for monitoring the construction activities, ensuring that they comply with the technical specifications, safety regulations, and legal requirements. They provide technical expertise, conduct inspections, and address any issues that may arise during construction. The RTO acts as a liaison between the contractor and the client or consultancy firm, helping to maintain transparency and effective communication.
